Terms & Conditions

Enrolment, registration and payment

• All registrations are confirmed in writing before the workshop starts
• Workshop fees are payable in full prior to the workshop start date

Cancellation by participants

• All cancellations must be received by Milena Velez on milena@milenavelez.co.nz before the workshop starts
  • 10+ working days prior – 100% refund
  • 6-9 working days prior – 75% refund
  • 1-5 working days prior – 50% refund
  • Less than one working day – no refund

Non-attendance

• If you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice there will be no refund offered.

Cancellation by Milena Velez

• Milena Velez reserves the right to cancel, defer or postpone any workshop at any time at it’s sole discretion
• If Milena Velez cancels a workshop, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the workshop.
