10 Things I did in April 2022

  1. Good work with great clients
  2. Welcomed my son back from Uni for a break.  He behaved just like I used to on Uni break – tired, slightly hungover and generous with his dirty washing
  3. Celebrated the lives of my beloved in-laws with a family reunion and a headstone blessing
  4. Drive to Milford Sound so I could marvel at nature and human tenacity – you’ll know what I mean if you’ve driven through the Homer Tunnel!
  5. Followed my husband around a beautiful golf course in a golf buggy
  6. Then my husband followed me to a yoga class
  7. Played lots of board games.  Won at Bananagrams and lost at Scrabble.
  8. Danced at my brother-in-law’s 60th to JUMP by Kriss Kross in a games called ‘What’s the song that always gets you on the dance floor?’
  9. Made pancakes with my daughter
  10. Got Covid over and done with (fingers crossed)
