Happy 4th Birthday to Vim & Vigour!

Today I celebrate my 4th Business Birthday! 🎂

I feel that every Birthday – in business and in life – is worth celebrating. Chances are you’ve overcome a year filled with highs and lows, periods of certainty and confusion, and then there’s those days when you’re high-fiving everyone in sight or wanting to hide under the duvet.

AND you’re still around to keep being you and doing what you do in every aspect of your life. Cheers to THAT! 🥂

So, on this birthday, please join me in a virtual toast celebrating four years of Connecting People Within Organisations because that’s my mission and that’s how:
☑ trust gets built
☑ opportunities get seized
☑ problems are solved
☑ awesome stuff- big and small- is achieved
💓 and your people go home feeling valued so they can value their home teams

I’m excited to continue to apply vim & vigour to Leadership Development, Team Development and Leading Change through programmes, team days, coaching and people leader conferences.

Wouldn’t it be great if there was an awards show for every business birthday you hit… My acceptance speech would go something like…I wouldn’t be here without the support and encouragement from friends*, family and [voice starts to crack] my loving husband. HUGE thanks to my clients [pause because I’m really getting emotional now] who have been trusting, faith-filled and are truly my biggest advocates. [Full on happy, proud crying] Let’s keep going! 👏

*Too many to mention, however I will say that this field of people-focused leadership brings together THE BEST cheer squad.
