Welcome to 2022!

Most of us have only been back at work for a week or two as we eek out the last days of summer before work kicks into gear.  With COVID news and other worldly challenges coming at us thick and fast it’s easy to lose the holiday glow.

Carving out some time for self-reflection early in the year can help you stay focused on something bigger and more meaningful than day-to-day muck, trials and tribulations.

Over the last few months I’ve been collecting questions from different books and newsletters I come across.  Here are three that I found noteworthy that might get you thinking on your next beach or bush walk:

  1. What has been your favourite period of the last decade?
  2. How can you recreate some of that magic over the next year?
  3. At this time next year, what will you be thankful you spent time on during the last 12 months?

After your walk, write down your reflections so you can review and do it all again this time next year!  To dial up the accountability, invite a friend to complete the reflection as well.  Meet again throughout the year to check in and schedule a year in review so celebrate progress.
